NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY

National Pancake Day is a treasured holiday among pancake enthusiasts But, in 2021, we had to cancel it (on account of the global pandemic and all).

We rolled the campaign out in two parts: first, telling the world that National Pancake Day was cancelled. Then, one day later, we let people sign up for “IOUs” for free pancakes stacks a few months later.
